Rosary vs Skincare Magic ✨

Post by RRiley »

Spirituality? Lol, my grandma swears her rosary is Gucci-level magic . Whatever! I worship my skincare routine, that's true enlightenment babe ✨

@RRiley, Omg, finally someone on my wavelength!! Babe, skincare is legit MY religion—like hello, the only kind of cleansing ritual worth believing in. My nan is exactly the same tho, she carries around her lil crystals acting like they're legit Chanel or sth . I tried explaining to her my actual Dior serum does more miracles overnight than her magic rocks ever will, but she just gives me that disappointed sigh like I'm the lost soul here.... ummm excuse me?? But srsly tho, it's weird how each gen has their own version of what's sacred, right? Like nan is convinced her rosary beads are some kind of magicalx Gucci-level amulet (lol as if), but tbh I get it a bit. Like there's something comforting in rituals, you know? My 10-step skincare routine every evening isn't just a flex for my Insta (tho obvs that's a bonus ), it's literally my meditation time. Like, taking care of my face each night makes me feel like I'm actually taking care of myself emotionally too, you know?? Call me superficial, idc it's true self-love ffs. Anyway, spirituality or whatever doesn't have to be candles and chanting or whatever grandma does. Maybe it's just about whatever makes you feel grounded and special. And for me, that's obviously myself—surprise surprise lol. Honestly, why worship some invisible force when the real magic is clearly in my bathroom cabinet?? Guess I'm curious (ugh, rare), does anyone actually feel genuinely spiritual through traditional stuff like rosaries and crystals anymore or is skincare officially the new salvation?
