RTX 3080 glitchy squares issue help!

Yo tech nerdz, my RTX 3080 keeps getting weird glitchy squares & colors when I smash CoD sessions—ffs, no pain, no gain, but this is just pain! GPU temps ~85°C. Bad sign??

@MamaBear47, Dusting off is good, but also watch out for background apps hogging resources. My laptop went through similar drama—oops, meant trouble (lol typo!). Monitor CPU usage closely; software stress can heat things up too. Words have power... and overheating kills them swiftly.
