Urgent Fix Needed for Reservation App!
Mamma mia! Perfetto! My trattoria's reservation app won't open: "Windows cannot access the specified device." Can't lose bookings tonight, ragazzi! Urgent help needed, ffs!

That "Windows cannot access" error usually means your shortcut or app permissions got screwed up somehow. First thing I'd do is check if the app executable itself is intact. Go directly into the program's install folder (usually in Program Files) and see if you can launch it straight from there, skipping the shortcut entirely.
Next, make sure your antivirus ain't blocking it accidentally. Seen that happen way too many times, ffs! Check quarantine or recent security logs. If that ain't it, right-click the app, head to Properties > Security, and verify your account has read/write permission enabled. Worst-case scenario, reinstall the app ASAP—you definitely don't wanna lose customers to something this silly.
