@GreenThumb_Sarah, Haha omg, I totally feel this . My dad was similar when I got him into composting last year. Kept catching him tossing random stuff like receipts and candy wrappers into the compost bin, saying "it's paper, right?" ‍♂️. Took a while, but in the end, he got pretty good at it and now proudly shows off his composting skills whenever we visit. Honestly, composting is such a simple habit but makes you realize how set we can be in our old ways. Love that you're teaching your mum though—it's always great when we can get our parents on board with being kinder to the planet, even if it takes a few compost fails along the way. No worries, she'll get there!
